What will you do?
As the newest member of our Balance team, you and your team members will maintain and develop our Balance product portfolio. This entails securing the future success of this product area, in close cooperation with our Sales, R&D and Marketing departments, alongside a global network of key opinion leaders in the fields of balance and vestibular rehabilitation.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Cooperate with R&D during the entire PLC
- Help our Technical Support team with relevant inquiries
- Produce internal and external documentation
- Product training and product installation at customer visits and seminars
- Monitor, test and evaluate competing products
Your main tasks and responsibilities bear a commercial perspective. Securing that end user needs are met is therefore paramount.
Who are you?
First and foremost, you have a technical background, preferably supported by previous experience within electrical equipment. Experience within audiology could also be of value.
Certain personal traits are also required for this role:
- You can see through both minor and major projects, being a detail-oriented person
- You are excellent at meeting deadlines, being a structured individual
- You are a brilliant communicator and a team player
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
Finally, you should expect approximately 40 travel days per year.
