Prove your talent for CRM
As our new CRM specialist, you will join the adventure of Sennheiser Communications in a dedicated commercial excellence and digital marketing team within the wider Global Marketing team.
In this position you will be working with Salesforce from the implementation to the operational phase. You will be responsible for ensuring maintenance, further development and support of our CRM solution and international teams. You will help rolling out new strategies with a strong focus on end-users’ needs and satisfaction.
You will oversee the direct communication to customers through the CRM system and through segmentation of the database ensure that direct communications will reach the right customers. To continuously improve on our efficiency, you will have to develop testing strategies, which will help optimizing our communication, retargeting and user experience for a lean and optimized lead gen and sales funnel.
Last but not least, you will be the hands-on daily support who builds, maintains and automatizes workflows, and who updates global metadata, system views, reports and dashboards, and other technical areas of CRM system.
Your skills & knowledge
- You have min 3 years of experience with CRM systems preferably Salesforce
- A/B testing of email campaigns to continually optimize opening rates, click-to-open and conversion rates
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on execution
- Professional written and spoken English
- Experience with excel, reporting and interpreting data to formulate actionable recommendations to management and local markets
