As a Sr Talent Assessment & Training Design Manager you will manage and implement a global competency management model, build and deploy a global skills assessment framework and create learning materials and educational instruction supporting the global learning strategy & objectives and learner needs. In this role you will also be accountable for the successful and effective leveraging of our Learning Management System (LMS) for all capability building initiatives across all divisions and functions.
