Act as divisional category expert, define and implement Ontex portfolio strategy and plans in the Division starting from the Group strategies and plans, lead the development and implementation of divisional consumer/shopper/marketing plans in close collaboration with Group team, Regional team and key customers; deploy the portfolio & marketing strategy and plans throughout the organisation (at center and local level):
Ideally, you have obtained a Master degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent and have 5+ years experience in Marketing, Category Management or Product Management. If you've acquired this experience in multinational FMCG companies, that is a plus. Even more ideal if you have some experience in Baby Care and/or Inco and/or Fem Care categories.
