We are a fast growing company where people are the most valuable asset. To support our continuous growth and reinforce our sales team in Lotte we are looking for an Account Manager (m/f).
The main task of the ACM is the growth the business with Nursing Homes and Mobile Nurse Chains from €100.00 to €500.000 turnover per year. She/he has the responsibility in the defined area for growing customers and winning prospects for Ontex.
As part of the sales team (KAM, Sales Support, Sales Manager) is the ACM to analyzes potential and based on the sales excellence program (6 steps sales call) she/he convince customers to work with Ontex together.
She/he works close together with the Ontex distributors.
Main responsibilities and key tasks
The ACM HC has experience in sales and can build customer relationships. She has great communication skills. She is able to put herself in the customer's view to recognize the needs and problems of the customer. She can handle Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the CRM System. She has good knowledge of English. She brings a high level of self-discipline and is well organized.
Job complexity and challenges
She/he knows the participants in the market. Her/his goal is to grow profitable with existing customers (chains) and find new customers in NH and Mobile Nurses. She observes the healthcare market and provides the information to the team. In her area she/he has a large number of different competitors. She/he organizes her tasks with the Ontex CRM System. Customer and prospect contact will be entered in the CRM system for marketing activities.
