As the IT Operations Administrator, you are a key part in the Global customer service and support area. You have a responsibility to provide (2nd level) support towards the local IT support engineers and assist in resolving problems and incidents. Your main goal and priority is to maintain the Infrastructure environment and create a high level of user satisfaction as your personal goal. Being part of the Global IT Support organization you will take a share of responsibility within project workgroups, additional roles, defined by the Global Service Desk Team Lead. You will respect the boundaries of the IT policies & regulations.
