Global Diagnostic Business Graduate Programme
Global Diagnostic Business is a track in the William Demant Graduate Programme. During the 2-year programme, you will explore the company and develop your personal and professional skills through four job rotations of six months each.
Our Diagnostic Business area consists of a variety of companies spread all over the world, so the programme is designed with an international perspective in mind. As you progress through the programme, you will take on projects that involve stays outside of Denmark. The duration of the stays can be anywhere from a few days to +6 months, depending on the project you are working on. You can expect a lot of travel days and a very steep learning curve.
Each rotation will enhance your business understanding both functionally and geographically. Examples of rotations could be Product Management in Interacoustics in Middelfart, Operations in Minneapolis, Sales in Dortmund or Production in Poland.
The Global Diagnostic Business Graduate Programme has its base at Interacoustics in Middelfart, but it is flexible and adapts to the needs of the business, hence the travels and stays will vary from one rotation to another.
What to expect?
You can expect rotations and tasks that are shaped in conjunction with what the business needs and what your competences and interests are.
You may be involved in strategic cross-functional projects to build a coherent understanding of the business. Projects can include planning, analysis, project management and reflection. Regardless of the tasks, one thing is guaranteed – you will face a steep learning curve, high expectations and an extraordinary exposure to central processes, people and organizations!
Throughout the programme, you will be working closely with your Host Manager to plan your rotations and enhance your professional and personal development as much as possible. Former graduates will act as mentors to guide you through the programme and our company culture. You will have close contact with the Graduates in the other tracks of the William Demant Graduate Programme and HR, who coordinates the Graduate Programme.
After successfully completing the programme, you will have the possibility to continue your career within Diagnostic Business.
