The airline network from Copenhagen Airport is expanding and the number of passengers is growing. We need you to support us with coordinating our sales efforts and presentations and offer you an exciting opportunity to work in an international context with high impact, cooperating with key stakeholders to the benefit of our millions of passengers.
Coordinating sales efforts, managing presentations and department documents
Your primary responsibilities will be to create presentations and sales documents for the use of the department manager and colleagues. You will coordinate a number of periodic meetings and sales reporting. We work in a very international environment cooperating with a multitude of internal and external counterparts, airlines, authorities and interest organizations, where two days are never the same. As Senior Sales Coordinator your key tasks will be to:
- Develop internal and external presentations and sales documents
- Coordinate sales efforts and different work streams
- Manage internal meetings, periodic business reviews and management reporting
- Represent CPH towards Tourism organizations
- Manage our CRM system
- Analyze and vizualise data to support sales initiatives
- Gather market knowledge via benchmark, insights reports, sales meetings and conference participation
- Support with misc. ad hoc tasks
Experience in creating selling presentations and structuring information
You probably have a higher sales-marketing education at minimum Bachelor level. You are experienced in structuring information and creating professional presentations and sales materials. You enjoy working in a fast paced and sometimes hectic environment with many different internal and external stakeholders. You are able to work with both repetitive and new tasks.
As our new colleague you have a positive and constructive mindset, service minded managing responsibilities at a high professional level. You work creatively with graphical visuals and documents. You have a good understanding of the big picture while having an eye for detail.

The department for Airline Sales & Route Development (ALS) is responsible for all commercial activities with airlines in CPH, maintaining and developing the route network from Copenhagen. We consist of 12 professional and very dedicated colleagues, part of the CPH Market & Sales Organization. You will report to the Director of Airline Sales & Route Development.
