As a corporate brand manager, it will be your responsibility to foster compelling, purpose-driven storytelling that supports business objectives and ensure a professional, engaging and seamless brand experience.
A strategic branding professional with a creative mindset
We are looking for an experienced and creative brand strategist to help take Chr. Hansen’s corporate branding to the next level. In the role as Corporate Brand Manager you will work with all aspects of corporate branding ensuring the Chr. Hansen brand is lived by employees and brought to life across all touch points.
You will be globally responsible for maintaining, developing and implementing our brand values, brand book and CVI. Ultimately making sure that Chr. Hansen’s strong purpose is expressed throughout our corporate storytelling and strategic and visual brand experience that we wish to create for our stakeholders. As Corporate Brand Manager you will be involved in a wide range of projects and to be successful in this position you need to take pride in both operational, tactical and strategic aspects of developing the corporate brand.
You will be the go-to person for all branding related aspects in Chr. Hansen. You will serve as a strategic sparring partner and advisor to divisional marketing teams and corporate functions around identity and strategic positioning with the view to ensure visual consistency and a one-voice narrative across the business.

It is essential that you hold a relevant degree in branding, marketing, or communications at master’s level and ability to work professionally in a global organization where English is the corporate language. The ideal candidate has solid experience working with corporate brand development, brand strategies and design management from a similar position in an international b2b company, or perhaps experience from a brand og design agency. Whether you have 5 or 15 years of experience is not the most important criteria – the professional background required to be successful in this role could be many. Further:
- You have a strong history of working with brand management and corporate branding, and superb collaboration skills
- You are a storyteller by heart who knows how to build a compelling narrative that supports a business
- You have a structured work approach, enjoy project management and interacting with multiple stakeholders
- Your attention to detail and aesthetics is impeccable and you never compromise on quality
- You have an excellent ability to identify and act on relevant trends, and how they map to business. You are at the forefront on digital trends in the marketing, communication and branding realm
