The Purpose of the Role
We always want to provide the very best service for our customers and in the run up to Christmas our branches can get extremely busy. That’s why we are looking for people, with previous experience working in a busy retail environment, to join our busiest branches across the country.
Using your customer service experience and excellent skills in handling customer enquiries, you will work collaboratively with the branch team to greet our customers, build a good rapport and take the time to understand their needs. You will have a good knowledge of our products and services and will be able to provide the right advice to our customers as well as assisting them with our Self Service Kiosks.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
To succeed in this role you will use your strong people skills to deliver an excellent in-branch experience, which ultimately makes things easier for our customers and provides them with the same level of service that they have come to expect in our branches all year round.
Salary is £8.80 per hour for national offices and £9.95 for London offices. The contract is fixed term till 22nd Decembe r 2018 starting 5th November 2018.
