About the job
In KMD HR we are approximately 40 employees in Denmark and Poland, supporting KMD’s strategy and the KMD organization with all HR related solutions. Business Partnering & Development together with colleagues in Talent Attraction and HR Operations are oneHR and deliver best in class solutions to support KMD’s goals.
As an HR Business Partner, you understand KMD’s priorities, competitive landscape, and hence capability needs. You thrive in the role of guiding leaders and help develop solutions to engage and move the workforce. You thrive in an agile environment and see collaboration as a key to drive the leadership and transformation-journey in the business you support. The HR Business Partner role is both a strategic and hands-on role including improving organizational effectiveness & design, leading change management and providing leadership coaching.
Your primary responsibilities and tasks will be:
- Work with managers and HR colleagues to develop and implement HR plans and solutions.
- Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and capability assessment and development.
- Provide management coaching.
- Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee engagement in order to recommend systemic improvements and help drive new ways of working.
- Partner with the business to lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance-and talent development.
You have a masters’ degree and 5 years of relevant experience. You enjoy working in an agile and innovative organization. You thrive being part of the commercial part of an organization. Furthermore, you are analytically oriented and project management is part of your toolbox. Finally, you are proficient in spoken and written Danish and English.
