Education:
Advanced university degree in relevant disciplines (including but not limited to: business management, public policy, social policy, social sciences, information technology, marketing/communication) or related field with relevant work experience.
Experience:
At least 6 years of postgraduate progressively responsible experience in humanitarian aid operations and/or project management, business systems analysis, design and development. Experience in developing project plans; Strong track record of delivering results in a complex environment; Experience working on information technology projects is desirable.
